A Really Nice Sunday

Partly cloudy and mid 60's all day.  Some breeze.   A super day... we just sat around, which is the objective.   I did take Cody for a couple of mile walk through the "trails."   Of the 27 acres, most is as shown.   Juniper and some Live Oak.   Much of the underbrush has been cleared out over the years by the owner ... they chip it up and use in on the trails.  Couldn't be easier or more pleasant walking.

Over the years, kids and others have made interesting carins and other little offerings in various places out of the rocks and sticks.  Saddly, some of the "best" ones I remember from a year ago are gone.  For more pictures you can view the web album at  THIS LINK

Carol did her part visiting with neighbors who were gathering across from us.  I find it easier to keep the dogs company... a group of people, particularly in a breeze, is hard for me to participate in.
